Red Brick is seeking first-class and seasoned hustlers that have experience in sales or other account executive positions and that want to join the region’s premier advertising and creative agency. Our work gets recognized. A lot.

 

Our culture is unique and requires a person who is fluent in a lot of different languages. From defense contractors to restaurants and major real estate developers to boutique agencies, you’ll need to be a builder of relationships, knowledgeable of the clients and prospective clients you’re speaking to and their industries, and have a style and personality that’s reflective of Red Brick’s culture.

 

You’ll need to be a self-starter that already has sales skills and is looking for the chance to grow as we do. You’ll be challenged, pushed, encouraged, and appreciated.

 

Our account executives are responsible for both the retention of and on-going communication between Red Brick and our current clients as well as the company’s growth by following up on warm leads.

 

You’ll be the relationship coordinator between us and our clients and it’s important that you aren’t afraid of commitment.

 

Our account executives make recommendations to clients and prospective clients about their marketing plans and advertising needs. The account executives are responsible for ensuring the client feels informed and that their objectives are being met.

 

The account executives are also responsible for maintaining existing business and identifying organic new business from existing clients and, well, finding new business through outbound warm calls and emails.

 

The account executives report directly to our President and ultimately the Founder + CEO.

 

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Conducts initial and follow-up calls to establish new accounts

Sets appointments and conducts sales transactions

Delivers sales presentations in a professional and effective manner based on the company’s tone and narrative

Maintains accurate, up-to-date, and thorough notes in our system

Closes sales and achieves bi-weekly quotas.

 

 

Requirements:

Outgoing personality and ability to strike up a conversation about Red Brick with just about anyone.

Hungry for success. Our account executives understand their financial success depends on the effort that they bring every day.

Ability to handle an often fast-paced work environment, reach goals, and believe in the services we offer.

Outstanding organizational skills

Strong writing and verbal communication skills

Understanding of business development and production of creative materials for a variety of platforms.

Responsible for assigned client management, growth, and retention.

Manages all day-to-day activity for assigned clients.

Meets and communicates with clients regularly in person, via telephone, and electronically and provides weekly reports

 

 

Income and Growth Potential

Realistic Earnings for first-year account executives is $35k+ while top account executives can earn $60k+
Your role grows as our company does. Our best account executives will be supervisors, in time.
